With over 20 years of experience in people management, Megan brings extensive experience in strategy, analytics, talent acquisition, organizational design, and talent management. Prior to RayzeBio, Megan was formerly Head of Executive Talent Acquisition with BMS, as well as VP, US Client Solutions for a global HR consulting organization.
