Nicole Greene

Nicole serves as legal advisor to the RayzeBio leadership team and leads the legal function within RayzeBio. She is responsible for ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks and providing strategic guidance across the company’s operations. 

Nicole joined RayzeBio and the Bristol Myers Squibb Law Department in 2025 with over 16 years of legal experience.  Prior to joining the company, Nicole was the Vice President, Global Legal and Corporate Secretary of iRhythm Technologies, Inc., a digital health company that develops, manufactures and distributes heart monitors and provides cardiac monitoring services, and the Vice President, General Counsel of North America and Corporate Secretary of Dexcom, Inc., a company that develops, manufactures and distributes continuous glucose monitoring systems for diabetes management. Prior to Dexcom and iRhythm, Nicole held positions with Experian North America, a part of Experian plc, and Terumo Neuro, a subsidiary of Terumo Corporation. Nicole started her career at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth as a corporate and securities associate.

Nicole earned her law degree from University of Michigan Law School and her bachelor’s degree from University of California, Davis.
